 Sweet Butter - 1 tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a small non-stick skillet, heat garlic oil over medium flame.
2) Add in the sweet butter and let it melt.
3) Arrange the tomato slices in the skillet, so they do not overlap.
4) Saute the tomato slices till they brown well on both sides.

SERVING
5) Serve the Basic Fried Green Tomatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper, if desired.
