Basic Form Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/4 cup granulated fructose
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
Cream margarine Add sugar replacement and fructose; beat well.
Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.
Beat in vanilla.
Gradually stir flour mixture into creamed mixture. (You may have to knead the last amount of flour into dough.) Cover and chill dough for at least 1 hour.
Divide dough in half.
Roll out each half of the dough on floured surface to scant 1/2 in. (8 mm) thickness.
Cut dough with a floured 1 1/2 in. (3.7 cm) cookie cutter Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for minutes or until golden brown.
Move to cooling rack.
