Basic Condensed Milk Flan Recipe
Ingredients
| Canned sweetened condensed milk | 1 | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Brown Sugar | ||
| Whole milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the condensed milk and whole milk and beat well
2) Pour them evenly into ramekins or custard cups
3) Place them in a pan of water filled up to two thirds of the sides of the cups
4) Bake them at 350 F for an hour till a skewer inserted comes out clean
5) Take them out from the pan and allow to cool
6) Sprinkle a spoon of brown sugar stop each cooked flan
7) Place under a broiler for a couple of minutes till the top is nice and crispy burnt brown
8) Place in the refrigerator to chill before serving
