1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
Directions
In a 3-quart saucepan, heat the margarine, salt, and water over medium heat until the margarine melts and the mixture boils.
Remove from heat.
With a wooden spoon, vigorously stir in the flour all at once until the mixture forms a ball and leaves the side of pan.
Add the eggs to the flour mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth and satiny.
Shape and bake the warm batter as directed.
