Basic Ginger Flavored Chicken Stock Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken wings | 2 1/2 Pound | |
| Green onion stalks | 3 | |
| Ginger slice | 5 | |
| Pepper white | 1 Pinch | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
Add chicken bones and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Occasionally skim foam from soup while cooking.
Add ginger, green onion and remaining seasoning.
Continue to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
