Ingredients

 Cooked and cubed chicken3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle
 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Seasoned salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Pitted ripe olive slices or hard-cooked egg slices

Directions

Combine chicken, celery, and pickle.
Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and pepper; toss lightly with chicken mixture.
Chill.
Serve in lettuce cups.
Trim with slices of ripe olive or hard-cooked egg.
