Ingredients

 All purpose flour10 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 1/4 cups nonfat dry milk powder
 Baking powder1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt4 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 cups shortening that does not require refrigeration

Directions

In large mixing bowl stir flour, dry milk powder, baking powder, and salt together thoroughly.
Cut shortening into dry ingredients till mixture resembles coarse cornmeal.
Store mix in a tightly covered container up to six weeks at room temperature.
For longer storage, place mix in freezer containers and freeze.
