Basic Batter For Crepes And Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 150 Gram, sifted | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Milk | 350 Milliliter |
Directions
MAKING
1. Melt the butter over hot water
2. In a large bowl, beat the flour, salt, eggs and egg yolks with the milk. Add the butter to the mix and beat well to make a batter.
3. In a large skillet, heat a little butter and fry pancakes or thinner crepes till done

4. Serve hot with clotted cream and jam.
