Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil and saute onions.
2. When the onions are translucent, add garlic and cook for another few minutes.
3. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, cider vinegar, orange juice,amber beer and brown sugar.
4. Add molasses, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and chile powder. Add paprika and season with salt and pepper. Stir the sauce for a while and turn off the heat.

SERVING
5. Serve with BBQ.
