Basic Aspic for Garnishing Recipe

| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Water or tomato juice - 3/4 to 1 cup | ||
| Beef, chicken, or vegetable-flavored bouillon granules - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (optional) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan, add gelatin in water and allow to soften.
2) Add bouillon granules to the saucepan.
3) Allow the mix to boil, stirring till the gelatin and bouillon dissolves.
4) Remove the mixture from heat.
SERVING
5) Use when cooled and syrupy, just before set.
