| 1/4 cup brewer's yeast | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil | ||

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade, combine the flour, wheat germ, yeast, salt, and garlic.

With the machine running, slowly add the oil and the beef stock through the feed tube until the mixture forms a ball.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/2 inch thick.
Use a dog bone cookie cutter to cut out each biscuit and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, then turn off the oven, leaving the door closed.
Let the dog biscuits remain undisturbed in the oven for 1/4 hours (do not open the door to check on them).
