Barley Bread Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups barley flour
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
4 teaspoons baking powder
 
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
 
1 egg
 
1/2 cup milk
 
2 tablespoons honey

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Blend oil, eggs, milk, and honey in Bosch blender.
Add to dry ingredients, and stir only until mixed.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for 20 minutes.
Cut into squares, and serve hot.

Rosen Barley is ечемик Barley is often grown for malting, but grain for grinding for flour is different variety. Hope this helps.
