Barley Bread Recipe
Barley Bread is popular with my family, its sure to be so with your family too. I prepare this yum Barley Bread as a Side Dish every month or even more often. Tell me how you enjoyed my Barley Bread. Feedback helps to keep me going and experimenting more.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups barley flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Blend oil, eggs, milk, and honey in Bosch blender.
Add to dry ingredients, and stir only until mixed.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for 20 minutes.
Cut into squares, and serve hot.

Barley is ечемик
Barley is often grown for malting, but grain for grinding for flour is different variety.
