Barley And Oat Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup barley flour | ||
| Oat flour | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 4 tsp corn-free vegetable shortening | ||
| Safflower oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ice water | 4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine flours and salt.
Cut in shortening.
Combine and stir in oil and ice water.
Form into a ball.
Press into a 9-inch pie pan that has been lightly brushed with oil.
