Barbecue sauce:

 Barbecue sauce/Hickory smoke3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Honey or original barbecue sauce)

Barbecue chicken:
 Chicken3 Pound
 Salt and pepper4 Tablespoon
 Melted butter/Margarine4 Tablespoon
Barbecue ribs:
 Ribs3 Pound (Beef or pork ribs)
 Sugar3 Cup (48 tbs)
 Vinegar1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Seasoning mix2 Tablespoon
 Homemade barbecue sauce2 Tablespoon (The one made at the start)

Directions

For the barbecue sauce:
MAKING:
1)In a bowl, mix ketchup, mustard and barbecue sauce.
2)In the same bowl add sugar, maple syrup, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

For the barbecue chicken:
GETTING READY:
1)Preheat oven at 400 F.

MAKING:
2)Spray some oil in a baking pan, and add water.
3)Prepare chicken by spreading it on the baking pan and spread the melted butter and then season with salt and pepper.
4)Bake for at least an hour or until chicken turns brown.
5)Brush or slowly pour barbecue sauce over the chicken and bake for another 20 minutes.
6)The chicken will be white inside and barbecue sauce will thicken like a crust on the outside.

For the barbecue ribs:
MAKING:
1)Marinate ribs in a bowl or bag.
2)Mix vinegar, brown sugar and seasoning for 2 hours.
3)Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
4)Season ribs with salt and pepper.
5)Cover roasting pan with water and place the ribs in a tray and over the roasting pan.
6)Bake for an hour and then brush barbecue sauce.

SERVING:
7)Serve all the three dishes warm and with barbecue sauce on the side!
