Thyme And Rosemary Barbecue Rub Recipe
I like experimenting with ingredients for my barbeque dry rub. I feel the rub makes a whole world of difference to my meat and so I love exploring this wonderful world of tastes and flavors. This is one such experiment the outcome of which I simply love.

1 tbsp salt (you can adjust as per your individual taste)
1 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried rosemary
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
Directions
Mix all the in gradients in a bowl. This dry rub can be stored in an airtight container for future use. You could make this well in advance and marinate your meat overnight for your grilling or barbeque party.
