Barbeque Chicken Marinade Recipe
Ingredients

| Tomato Paste | 6 Ounce | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 c nonfat chicken broth | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
