Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine1/2 pound
 2 1/2 pounds onions, chopped fine
 6 to 8 buttons of garlic, chopped fine
 Oil1 Quart
 Catsup2 Quart
 Worcestershire4 Bottle (1l)
 Black pepper1/2 Can (10oz)
 Pepper red1 Ounce
 1/2 small jar mustard
 Vinegar1 Pint
 Juice of 3 lemons

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer over low heat until slightly thick.
More pepper may be added, if desired.
Makes about 5-quarts.
May be stored in refrigerator.
