Barbecued Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 pound | |
| 2 1/2 pounds onions, chopped fine | ||
| 6 to 8 buttons of garlic, chopped fine | ||
| Oil | 1 Quart | |
| Catsup | 2 Quart | |
| Worcestershire | 4 Bottle (1l) | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Can (10oz) | |
| Pepper red | 1 Ounce | |
| 1/2 small jar mustard | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Pint | |
| Juice of 3 lemons | ||
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer over low heat until slightly thick.
More pepper may be added, if desired.
Makes about 5-quarts.
May be stored in refrigerator.
