| Lemon Slices | ||
| Onion Slices | ||
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Sauce:) | |
| 3 Dashes Tabasco Sauce | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
Directions
Use kitchen scissors or sharp knife to cut meat in serving pieces; two ribs to each piece.
Turn your oven on now to 450 degrees.
With meaty side up, place ribs in shallow roasting pan and top each sparerib piece with a thin slice of onion and a slice of unpeeled lemon.
Anchor with toothpicks.
Roast the ribs in hot oven, 450 degrees, for 30 minutes while you make the barbecue sauce.
After 30 min. reduce heat to 350 degrees, pour boiling sauce over ribs and bake for about 1 hr. or until tender.
Remove toothpicks and serve with bubbling, tangy sauce.
Eatem with your fingers if you like.
