Barbecued Pineapple And Sherry Spare Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 1/2 pounds spare ribs, cut into 2-inch sections | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Marinade:) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 1/2 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed (Marinade:) | |
Directions
Place the spare ribs in the marinade in a deep bowl for 6 hours; turn them frequently.
Remove from the marinade and place on a broiler rack about 1 inch from medium heat and broil for about 7 minutes, basting often.
Turn onto the other side and broil for another 5 minutes, and continue to baste.
Serve very hot on a shallow plate.
