Barbecued Spanish Mackerel Recipe

| 2 lb. Spanish mackerel fillets | ||
| 3/4 c. cocktail vegetable juice | ||
| Barbecue sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), flavored | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place fillets in single layer, skin side down, in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over fillets.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Garnish with lemon wedges and watercress.
