6 x 8 oz sirloin steaks
Sauce:
1 x 13 fl oz can beer
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon French mustard
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
Directions
Brush meat with sauce.
Barbecue over medium hot coals for 10-20 minutes, according to taste.
Baste occasionally with the sauce while cooking.
Heat the remaining sauce and serve with the steak.
