Barbecued Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Style pork | 1 1/2 Pound, cut into pieces | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
| Barbecue sauce | 1 Bottle (1l) (Sauce) |
Directions
Arrange meat meaty side up in open shallow roasting pan.
Do not add water.
Do not cover.
Bake in 325° oven 1 3/4 hours.
Mix Sauce ingredients.(To serve immediately.)
Using 3/4 cup of the sauce, baste ribs 2 or 3 times; bake 45 minutes longer.
Crisscross 2 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, 28x18 inches; carefully mold to inside of Dutch oven.
Arrange ribs in foil-lined Dutch oven.
Pour the remaining sauce on ribs.
Cool quickly.
Wrap ribs securely in the foil, remove from Dutch oven, label and freeze.35 minutes before serving, remove Barbecued Ribs from freezer and unwrap.
Place 1/2 cup water and frozen block in Dutch oven.
Cover tightly; heat over medium high heat until it boils.
Reduce heat; simmer covered until hot, about 1/2 hour.
