Barbecued Red fish Recipe
Barbecued Red fish is an amazingly delicious side dish which you will enjoy with your family and friends. If you loved it, do share it with your friends also!
Ingredients
1 (11/2-pound) red fish fillet
Vegetable cooking spray
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 teaspoons margarine, melted
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce Dash of hot sauce
Directions
Rinse fillet with cold water, and par dry.
Cut fillet into six 4-ounce portions; place in a wire grilling bosket coated with cooking spray.
Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Brush mustard mixture over fish in grilling basket.
Grill fish 6 inches over medium coals 7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when rested with a fork; baste frequently with remaining sauce during grilling.
