| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Place pork chops in a pan; cover with waxed paper.
Bake chops in 500 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Saute onions until brown in drippings.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove paper; pour sauce over meat.
Bake pork chops 1 hour longer.
Baste frequently with pan liquor.
