Microwave Barbecued Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 pork chops, cut 1/2-inch thick | ||
| Celery | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Arrange pork chops in (8 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour tomato sauce and water over chops.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 5 minutes on HIGH.
Reduce setting.
Microwave 15 to 18 minutes on '6', or until pork chops are fork tender.
For ovens without solid state heat control, during second cooking period, Microwave 18 to 22 minutes on '5'.
