Barbecued Lamb Recipe
Ingredients
| Leg lamb | 6 pound | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour- as required | ||
| Onion | 1 | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| A-1 sauce- 2 tablespoons | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
2.Also wipe the leg of lamb with damp cloth
MAKING
3.Place the lamb and rub with salt and dredge with flour
4.In a roasting pan, place the lamb and surround it with onion
5.Now combine the remaining ingredients and mix properly
6.Pour the ingredients over the meat
7.Roast in an oven for 30 minutes for each pound
8.Keep basting every 20 minutes with the sauce

9.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with garlic bread, salads
