Barbecued Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Condensed tomato soup | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Catsup | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Canned ham | 3 Pound, sliced thin | |
| Butter | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except ham and butter, for sauce.
Cover bottom of pan with sauce, then a layer of ham.
Repeat until all ham and sauce are used.
Put several pats of butter or margarine on top.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
