Ingredients

 Oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 2 tbsp. chopped onion or green onions and tops
 Minced garlic1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Flank steak4 Pound

Directions

Mix all ingredients for marinade; pour over flank steak at least 4 hours before placing on fire.
Turn occasionally.
Barbecue 2 inches above single layer of hot coals.
Cook 5 minutes on each side.
Do not overbrown
