Barbecued Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients
| Oil | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tbsp. chopped onion or green onions and tops | ||
| Minced garlic | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Flank steak | 4 Pound | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients for marinade; pour over flank steak at least 4 hours before placing on fire.
Turn occasionally.
Barbecue 2 inches above single layer of hot coals.
Cook 5 minutes on each side.
Do not overbrown
