8 large hard-shell crabs
1/2 lime
Creole Barbecue Sauce

Directions
Rinse crabs in water several times.
Rub the shells with the cut side of a lime half, squeezing a little to release some of the juice.
Cut off the heads just behind the eyes and discard the green sac; lift the belly apron and cut it away, too.
Put the crabs in a hinged grill and barbecue 5 inches away from glowing coals for about 5 minutes on each side.
Immediately brush with the sauce.
Serve crabs with the rice.
