 1 4 to 5 lb. beef arm or blade pot roast
 Butter3 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Black pepper1/2 Tablespoon
 2 med lge. onions, chopped fine
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Tablespoon
 Paprika1 Tablespoon
 Chili powder1 Tablespoon
 1 14 oz. bottle catsup
 Brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon

Directions

Brown roast in butter in an electric skillet or Dutch oven; cook at 325 degrees about 5 hours or until it falls apart.
Add salt and black pepper.
Shred meat when done; pour off broth, reserving 1 cup.
Brown onions; add remaining ingredients.
Heat in electric skillet at 220 degrees 30 minutes or in oven 1 hour
