Barbecued Beef Brisket Recipe

Ingredients
1 4 to 6 lb. beef brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
Celery salt or celery seed
Garlic powder
Onion salt
Bottled barbecue sauce
Directions
Marinate beef in smoke liquid.
Season with celery salt, garlic powder and onion salt.
Cover with foil; marinate overnight.
Drain; wrap meat in foil.
Place in a shallow baking dish; cook in 275-degree oven for 5 hours.
Cover with barbecue sauce; wrap loosely and continue cooking 1 hour.
