1 cup wine vinegar
1 cup Sauterne wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 tsp. sweet basil

Directions
Combine in saucepan and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
