Barbecued Turkey Supreme Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1 cup wine vinegar
1 cup Sauterne wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/4 tsp. each thyme, celery seed, black pepper
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions
Combine in saucepan and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
Firmly anchor small turkey on barbecue spit, tying wings and legs securely.
Heat until skin is dry.
Then prick with knife blade and baste every 20-30 minutes.
Cook 15-20 minutes per pound, start timing after you have started to baste
