Ingredients

 4 1/2 to 5-lb. bone-in turkey breast
 1/2 cup reduced-calorie Russian dressing
 Worcestershire sauce2 Tablespoon (Marinade:)
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon (Marinade:)
 Liquid smoke1/2 Teaspoon (Marinade:)
 Celery seed1/8 Teaspoon (Marinade:)
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon (Marinade:)

Directions

Remove gravy package from turkey breast and discard.
Place turkey in large plastic food storage bag in baking dish.
In 2-cup measure, combine all marinade ingredients.
Pour over turkey breast.
Secure bag.
Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
Remove turkey breast from marinade, reserving marinade.
Place turkey skin-side down on roasting rack.
Estimate total cooking time at 12 1/2 to 16 1/2 minutes per pound and divide total cooking time into 4 parts.
Microwave at High for first 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave the remaining first one-fourth of time.
Turn turkey on side.
Brush with marinade.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for second one-fourth of time.
Turn turkey on other side.
Brush with marinade.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for third one-fourth of time.
Turn turkey skin-side up.
Brush with marinade.
Microwave the remaining one-fourth of time, or until internal temperature registers 170°F.
Let stand, tented with foil, for 10 to 20 minutes before carving.
