Directions

GETTING READY
1) Shell and devein the shrimp keeping the tails intact.
2) Slit the shrimp ensuring not to cut in two and then chill in the refrigerator.

MAKING
3) Take a skillet, melt butter, and saute vegetables for 10 minutes.
4) Stir in flour and cream until thick and then add in crabmeat, cracker crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and then mix well.
5) Put two shrimp back to back with the stuffing inside, press them together, and secure with a toothpick.
6) Let it chill.

FINALIZING
7) To make the sauce, melt butter and saute onion.
8) Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
9) Take a shallow pan, place the shrimp, brush lightly with barbecue saucebroil 2 inches from the heat for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
10) Serve with the sauce.
