Barbecued Steaks And Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 beef minute steaks (1 pound) | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

| 1 16-ounce can home-style pork and beans | ||
| Bottled barbecue sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| American Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
In 10-inch skillet brown the steaks with onion in oil 1 minute per side. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Add beans, barbecue sauce, garlic salt, and oregano.
Reduce heat (220°).
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
