Barbecued Spareribs Recipe
These barbecued spareribs are microwaved ribs. Made with pork spareribs, these flavored ribs are spiced with a ketchup and onion soup mix along with hot pepper sauce and chili sauce. Hassle free and easy to prepare, it is spicy and peppy.

Directions
To prepare sauce, in small bowl, stir together soup mix, water, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.
Arrange ribs in 12- by 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish, placing thicker portions toward edges of dish.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 5 minutes.
Rearrange ribs.
Reduce power to 50%.
Cover; fnicro-wave 40 minutes or until ribs are tender, rearranging ribs and spooning off fat twice during cooking.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
