Ingredients
| 2 1/2 to 3 lb. pork spareribs cut into serving pieces | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Catsup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup dark molasses | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1 Place ribs in 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish. Cover with wax paper.
2 Microwave 15 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH). Drain and turn ribs over. Sprinkle with onion, green pepper and garlic. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over ribs. Recover and continue cooking 25 to 30 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH), or until fork tender. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. 4 to 6 servings
