Barbecued Spareribs Recipe

| 3 lbs. pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces, trim off fat | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| 1/4. cup vinegar | ||
| Chili Sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauc | ||
Directions
1. Place ribs in 3-quart (13x9) glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 15 minutes. Drain and turn ribs over. Arrange onion and garlic on top. Add mixture of remaining ingredients. Recover and continue cooking on ROAST for 25
