Barbecued Spare Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 lbs. lean ribs cut in pieces | ||
| 1/2 lemon cut in thin slices | ||
| 1 onion cut in thin slices | ||
| Catsup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 dashes tabasco sauce or dash crushed red pepper | ||
Directions
Spread ribs in roasting pan or shallow casserole dish.
Place slices of lemon and onion over ribs.
Bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 35 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Continue baking in 350 degree oven about one hour.
Baste ribs with sauce three or four times.
