Barbecued Snapper Recipe
Ingredients
| Snapper | 3 Pound, cleaned | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 lemon, cut in slices | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, sliced | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sprinkle of pepper | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Pat fish dry and sprinkle inside and out with salt and lemon juice.
Make 2-3 slashes in the skin on each side and cover slashes with lemon and onion slices.
Place fish on doubled aluminium foil, dull side out, and dot with butter.
Sprinkle with pepper and parsley and wrap securely.
Place on the grid over hot coals and cook for 25-30 minutes, until tender, turning 2-3 times.
