Directions
Combine onion, mustard, garlic, salt, seasoned pepper, soy sauce and oil in a bowl and mix well, then stir in beer until smooth, for the sauce.
Brush steaks liberally with the sauce, on both sides and place on the grid over hot coals.
Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, for rare, basting occasionally with the sauce and turning.
