Barbecued Shrimp Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 12 | |
| 1 lb. cooked shrimp | ||
| Mushrooms | 1 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Fry bacon until cooked but not crisp; cut each slice in half.
Alternate shrimp, mushrooms, pineapple and bacon on long skewers until skewers are filled.
Combine all remaining ingredients.
Brush kabobs generously with sauce; place on grill 4 inches from source of heat.
Broil for 3 minutes; turn, brush with sauce.
Broil for 3 minutes longer or until browned lightly.
