Barbecued Rock Lobster Tails Recipe

Directions
About 20 minutes before serving:
1. Place solidly frozen lobster tails, shell side up, on a cutting board. With sharp knife, cut through hard outer shell and meat of each, splitting tail in half, but leaving end of tail intact.
2. Preheat broiler 10 minutes, or as manufacturer directs.
3. Bend each lobster tail backward so meaty inside is exposed and shell meets in back. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place tails, shell side up, on broiler pan.
4. Broil 5 minutes; then turn with tongs, and broil 5 to 7 minutes, or until flesh is opaque and tender. Pass sauces.
