Barbecued Roast Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Barbecue sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chickens | 2 Pound | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) In a saucepan, heat the sauce.
3) Pour the sauce to a toasting pan and let it cool.
MAKING
4) Dredge the chicken with paprika, parsley and garlic powder.
5) Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour.
6) Arrange the chicken in the roasting pan and let it marinate for 2 hours, turning every 1/2 an hour.
7) Bake the chicken in the sauce for 1 1/2 hour or until chicken is tender.
8) Discard the before serving

9) Serve hot garnished with parsley if desired.
