Barbecued Red Snapper Recipe
Would you like to try a delicious barbecued red snapper recipe? If you have a lot of fish on hand then you know its time to make some barbecued red snapper. Trust me, once you taste this barbecued red snapper you are bound to prepare it again!
Ingredients
2 lbs. red snapper steaks or fillets
1 6-oz. can Hunt's Tomato Paste
1/3 cup water
2 Tbs. lime juice
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Directions
Thaw fish if frozen; cut into serving-size portions.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Arrange fish on grill or broiler pan about 4 inches from heat source.
Brush generously with sauce.
Cook 6€” 10 minutes.
Turn, brush with more sauce and cook 7- 10 minutes longer or just until fish flakes when tested with a fork (length of cooking time depends on thickness of fish).
Do not overcook.
