Barbecued Pork sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Barbecue sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sliced onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), separated into rings | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 (2-ounce) sandwich buns with sesame seeds, split | ||
| 4 ounces sliced Apricot-Glazed Pork Roast | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; saute 6 minutes or until tender. Spread sauce mixture evenly over cut sides of buns. Divide onion mixture and pork evenly between bun bot toms; top with bun tops.
4. Wrap sandwiches tightly in foil; bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
