Ingredients

 Barbecue sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar2 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1/2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1/2 Teaspoon
 Sliced onion1 Cup (16 tbs), separated into rings
 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 (2-ounce) sandwich buns with sesame seeds, split
 4 ounces sliced Apricot-Glazed Pork Roast

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; saute 6 minutes or until tender. Spread sauce mixture evenly over cut sides of buns. Divide onion mixture and pork evenly between bun bot toms; top with bun tops.
4. Wrap sandwiches tightly in foil; bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
