Ingredients
1 boneless pork leg roast, rolled and tied
Sam's Mop Sauce
Hickory Barbecue Sauce
Directions
In grill, arrange medium-hot Charcoal Briquets around drip pan.
Place prepared pork leg over drip pan; cover grill and cook pork 4 to 4 1/2 hours (adding additional briquets as necessary) or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 170°F.
Baste pork with Sam's Mop Sauce every 30 minutes, patting a thin coating of sauce on meat with cotton swab mop or pastry brush.
Let stand, covered with foil, 10 minutes before serving.
Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine remaining Mop Sauce with an equal amount of barbecue sauce; bring to boil.
Slice pork and serve with sauce mixture.
