Barbecued Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon slice | 1 | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Liquid smoke | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 6 rib pork chops, 1/2 in. thick | ||
Directions
Mix 112 cup water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper together in saucepan.
Add lemon and onion; simmer for 20 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce, catsup and liquid smoke; bring to a boil.
Place chops in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; pour sauce over chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes, turning chops once.
Add lemon and onion; simmer for 20 minutes.
