Barbecued Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork | 3 Pound, cubed | |
| Onions | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green peppers | 3 To taste | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 6 Can (10oz) | |
| Chili powder | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker add all the ingredients and combine.
2) Cook covered on High for 8 hours.
3) Using a fork shred the meat.
4) Add it to the sauce and heat thoroughly.
SERVING
5) Serve on hamburger buns with grated cheese and cole slaw on top.
