Barbecued Pig Tails Recipe
Ingredients
| 5-7 lbs. pig tails | ||
| 1 tin beef consomme soup | ||
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic powder | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix well, cover and roast for 2 hours at 350°F.
Remove lid and bake for another 2 hours.
Baste for the last 2 hours.
